After 9 a.m. Officer john alarcon on duty suppose to be protecting the city of mt vernon but instead is parked outside at his girlfriend house on 40 lorraine getting a quickie with the squad car parked out front In broad daylight. He's not even suppose to be on that side! so this is where our tax money goes
