Mountebank formatter & syntax highlighting in VSCode

Hi,

I'm new to Mountebank and quite love the features Mountebank provided.

But the problem so far is I cannot find a working formatter & syntax hightlight that works with EJS and Mountebank.

I've tried EJS language support, settting files.associations to html in VSCode but it's not working.

It's hard to maintain code format within the team.

What's the best way/IDE/editor/plugin to use Mountebank ?
