Sunday's Forward on Climate Rally in DC

On February 17, 2013, tens of thousands of environmental supporters will unite globally to ask our  President to make good on his promises to move America away from our reliance on fossil fuels and toward a clean and sustainable energy future. 

To minimize carbon foot print and traffic, the local Sierra Club has chartered busses leaving from Baltimore.  You can RSVP for the Rally and sign up for the bus at http://maryland.sierraclub.org

Join us in Washington DC at the largest climate rally in history and show solidarity with the movement for clean energy and a livable climate future for our children. 

We will demand that the United States move  past dirty energy and forward on climate change. 

Our children and grandchildren deserve to grow up on a livable planet without the devastating impacts of climate change caused by dirty and unsustainable energy like Keystone XL, expansion of coal export terminals in the Pacific Northwest and Gulf of Mexico, deep water oil drilling, fracking, and LNG terminals.
