The Royal Concept is a Swedish indie pop band that formed in 2010. Their debut album, Goldrushed, was released in 2013 and featured a mix of catchy melodies, synth-pop sounds, and indie rock influences. The album received positive reviews from critics and fans, and spawned several singles, such as "On Our Way", "D-D-Dance", and "World On Fire".
In 2013, the band also released a deluxe edition of the album, which included a bonus track called "Damn". This track was only available in the Swedish version of the album, and was not included in the international releases. The deluxe edition also featured a different cover art, which showed the band members in a gold-colored background. The deluxe edition was limited to 30 copies, and was sold exclusively through the band's official website.
The Royal Concept continued to release new music after Goldrushed, such as their EP Smile in 2015 and their second album The Man Without Qualities in 2018. However, Goldrushed remains their most popular and successful album to date, and showcases their unique and energetic style of indie pop music.
