Release: Wikimedia by moulin in Farsi

Hi,

I just posted it on the website yesterday: we have released the Farsi
version of moulin. This is the first one including the "new" software
base to go wild.
A lot of people have worked hard on this release, and for quite some
time. I am very happy to see this happening and I hope we'll have more
languages available in the near future.
