I am impressed by the idea and the work done till date.
Congratulations
I am interested in contributing to Telugu (India) off-line edition.

Please guide me on how to proceed? Also advise how much effort was
spent towards your earlier releases.

It's easier now.

A. Go to http://kiwix.org/ and ask there for how to Translate the
software interface (it's easy and quick)

B. In the same place, make a request for a Telugu ZIM index. You'll be
asked for details about your needs.

C. Once done, write back here to discuss how we can make this Telugu
version more polished and usable.
