Translator Kit Guide and source repository change

to moulin wiki project

Folks,

As promised, here' s a first draft of the documentation on how to
translate moulin with the new translator kit :

We are working on spanish with Miguel and Arabic with Bassem so we
should soon get to know if this doc is suffiscient or not.

Also, pursuing the effort of sharing resources with the Kiwix project,
I moved all sources from Google Code to the Sourceforge Kiwix
repository.
