REGISTRATION OF UDS : JVV, BANGLORE

Sir,

 

1.         Reference meeting dated 19 Aug 25 at AFNHB HQ.

 

2.         During the meeting, following issues were deliberated and clarified as follow: 

 

(a)       Relinquished Area To Be Included In UDS.   It has emerged from the records that while registering UDS in favour of allottees of JVT, Banglaore, entire project land has been considered without deducting area of civic amenities. RWA will be advised that the same yardstick is to be followed in Bangalore-I project.

 

(b)       Waiver of Rs. 10,000/- In Case Of Transfer In Joint Registrants / Widows.   This administrative fee of Rs. 10,000/- on transfer of DU to widow or family member either on succession or through gift has been approved by BoM during its 110th meeting held on 14 Mar 24. Since then, this has been uniformly followed without any exception, whatsoever. Therefore, it would not be feasible to grant special concession to Bangalore-I project.

 

(c)        AFNHB Letter Dated 21 Feb 25.     Details of AFNHB letter dated 21 Feb 95 are being ascertained. After verification of each type of DU with allotted area, this issue shall be clarified to JVV, Bangalore for implementation.

 

(d)       Nominees for SPA Should Have Concurrence of GBM.    RWA has been advised to have the concurrence of GBM for nominating the nominees for execution of SPA.
