Regardless of where your opinion may sit on this topic - I admit I am conflicted too - it takes conviction and courage to do what this kid did. She may pay the price with corporate folks deciding to not take a chance on her as a candidate but I guess she will sleep well knowing she shared how she felt without bowing to pressure.
