Announcement: Member Types API Update

We have made updates to our internal member type system which resulted in changes to the identifiers we use for member types.

As a result of this work, the response of the GET /rest/members/types API has been updated as follows:

The field `id` has been deprecated in favor of a new field: `guid`.

The `id` field will still be returned, but is no longer supported and may contain invalid data in some scenarios.
