Last Training Rides before 2016 BikeMS

Great rides last weekend. Larry led 10 riders on Sunday from downtown to Lookout and back. It was a good ride but the weather is certainly heating up these days.
If you would like a massage at the team tent on Saturday, please let me know (if you haven’t already) so we can accommodate everyone.
For our new team members, we start the BikeMS ride with a team picture and then roll out as a team. Details to come at the beginning of next week.
We’ll be doing two rides this weekend so come to either or both of them.
When: Saturday, June 18th at 8:15am (ready to ride by 8:30)
Where: Park N Ride at Mineral and Santa Fe
What: We’ll take a poll of participants on Saturday morning about extra miles but we’re planning to do Deer Creek Canyon/High Grade.
Sunday: Happy Father’s Day!
When: Sunday, June 19th at 8:15am (ready to ride by 8:30)
Where: Adams County Regional Fairgrounds
What: About 40 miles (+/- 10) of steady, rolling miles in Adams County.
It’s forecasted to be the hottest weekend of the year. It’ll be good training for the BikeMS ride but be sure to hydrate, hydrate, hydrate.
