best way to stop motioneye working?

Hi,

running motioneye on DietPi (Raspberry Pi OS).

I wanna start/stop motioneye via remote control.
Will take one of those remote devices you use for powerpoint presentations and write a listener for it.

Which is the preferred way to start/stop it?:

sudo systemctl start motioneye
sudo systemctl stop motioneye

Or is there another better way?
