Hello everyone,

I would to create a small project based on a Raspberry 3 B+ to handle 1 or 2 camera

I have found a camera who fit my requirements FOSCAM C1 LITE (but maybe you know a better camera who can fit my requirements ?)

  • price < 50
  • resolution >= 1280*720
  • sensor >= 1MP
  • angle > 100degree
  • WiFi

With this project I would like to

  1. live view the camera trough a webpage (hosted by the MotioneyeOs most probably)
  2. Motion sensor trigger recording to FTP or SMB (Windows file sharing)
  3. Motion sensor trigger SMS and/or email alert

Thank you for help !

the usb bus/network (wifi) is limited.   the higher resolution settings impact the pi/camera(s) performance.   you might find 2 cameras at high resolution just wont work.....
