Before I pick one of these up I was wondering if someone can confirm if these are compatible with motioneyeos? I searched the group and couldn't find any answers. I like with motioneyeos I can use a custom storage solution with local storage with google drive syncing (Amcrest wants you to use some proprietary cloud service, but they have local micros storage.

Probably too late for this response, but yes, it's compatible. All the Amcrest cameras (I have a bunch) are compatible.
