I have motioneyeos running on a raspberry pi 3b+ POE Hat, and Home Assistant on a Raspiberry pi 4b. Started HA on a standard installation and could add a webage with my motioneye camera stream on it.  I have enabled ssl, have my own duckdns account, and access my HA with https address. My motioneyeos camera fee no longer show up, I knew this from documentation in HA. I"m relatively new at this and was wondering if I coulld get some direction on setting up motioneyeos securely so I can access it from HA again.

MotionEyeOS does not directly support SSL or have it added in the image.
You could try installing an nginx redirection server with SSL (https enabled)
You could add a motionEye hub in a Docker with the motionEye in a Docker.
