Can someone clarify what do the noise and despecle features do? There are references in the motioneye configuration percentages or values but nothing that actually explains what noise is, what despecle is. When I look up the meanings in the provided dictionary, it's just a repeat of what the pop up's provide.

" help remove the 'static', helping prevent 'false positives' in motion detection. They are either 'off' or 'on'.
