MotioneyeOS camera works, but debian w/ motioneye won't see

Looking for ideas here. I have a camera monitor running Debian 11 and motioneye. Four cameras using RPI zero W, all set to Fast Network Camera.. System works good, except - one camera works well straight via browser address, but when added to monitor, keeps getting error "Lost Contact with Device at <time>." Sound familiar to anyone?

This one RPI zero W is from the latest manufacture, where 3 others are 2015 or so.

I add the camera to the monitor using port 8081. Should I try adding without :8081?
