My name is Albashir Ali. I’m evaluating motionEye/motionEyeOS for a production camera deployment and I’d love to connect with a maintainer or experienced contributor for a short 20–30 minute call early next week.

I’m specifically looking to discuss:

• Best practices for multi-camera deployments and scaling

• Recording/retention strategy and event/clip workflows (pre/post buffer, exports)

• Integration options (API/hooks) for tying clips to external “event” triggers

• Recommended hardware and performance considerations
