I swear I had my old ME system setup so that when I logged, in Firefox would start and restore it's last session (which was only ME on 8765) and it would just display the cameras. No login required.

After building my new system I went off to do the same, but it asks for user/password. And, of course, I can't remember how I did it.

So, I fired up the old system...and now it wants a user/password as well.

I know the user/password on both...but, I swear i didn't need it before.

Can I get some ideas for my old grey matter?

Thanks,
Mac

While logged into the desktop, browser open, log in 'admin', 'password' (whatever you set it to), and select 'Remember Login'
This is assuming your setup auto-logins to the desktop and auto starts the browser.

I had a kiosk setup a while back, I'll see if I can find it...

There are several reason this can happen.

- In ME, make sure you check the remember button below the password box.

The other reason overide the above "Remember Me".

- Something has cleared your cookies
- You're using a new/different browser that has not yet stored your ME login cookie
- You're on a new/different box that has not yet stored your ME login cookie

Thanks.

The save all was apparently the trick. Obviously the cookies on the new system didn't have it saved.

Need to go back the old system and look, maybe I cleared the cookies...
