How to force trigger motion detection?

Want to test video / still / upload settings.

How do I "force trigger" the Motion detection.
I am remote so cannot wave my hand infront of the camera.

NB coming from a HW engineering background I'm use to the fact all the oscilloscopes have a "Force Trigger" button ;)

Enable Web control of motion:
sudo nano /etc/motioneye/motion.conf (for motionEye on another OS)
sudo nano /data/etc/motion.conf (for motionEyeOS)
change line: webcontrol_localhost on to off (to let you do testing from another machine)
'ctrl x' 'y' 'enter' to save
to trigger camera 1 on:
To turn off:
you can use wget or web browser, too...
