Meeting of the minds...

Howdy Folks,

Just wanted to touch base with everyone. The MG II class needs to give
the FX class our material on before the FX class on Friday. Matt and I
are going to be at school Thursday. We were hoping someone in the FX
class might be able to being an external storage drive and we'll do an
exchange. Also, we were hoping that some of us can have a sit down,
just so we can convey information to each other - might help with some
clarity for all of us. Drop a post/response if there is a day that is
best for us all.

Hi Dani, thanks for putting up the group (and for alerting us about
the group invite...it was shuffled off to the spam folder in my case).

Although I don't have class on Thursday, I can be there to get the
material from you guys if necessary. Is this different from the stuff
that was on the disc that we got last week? And how much disk space
is the total? (I'm asking because I don't have an external drive, but
my flash drive has about 7 gigs free, or I could bring some DVDs.)

Also, the best times for me for meeting as a group are Wednesdays,
Thursdays, or Saturdays.

I'll be roaming around school about 4-4:30ish tomorrow. Would either of you like to meet in room 111 (invite open to all groupies). We were asked by Steven to edit down the footage more this week. Adam and Matt in the MG II class whittled it down so it is more clearer for you guys how the footage is to be assembled. Let's just plan on meeting up and we can all get some more clarity on what Steven is asking from both of the classes.

Thanks guys for getting back to me. Bring a DVDs or and external/flash drive (if you have one). Worst case scenario is that we can put it on the storage drive.

Hey Guys!

 

I think I will update my avaliability every time I get my new schedule from work. I get the new schedule every Tuesday. Here is my schedule for this week.

 

THURS: AM class, afterwords I am avaliable

SAT- I work at 3pm, so I can meet in the morning

SUN- Same as Saturday =3

MON- All day I am avaliable

TUE- I work at 5pm.

WED- usually I work at 5pm on wednesdays, but it could change =P

 

Also I have an external drive that we can use. It has 596GB left on it :D

Thanks everyone! We'll plan on meeting at 4:30 today (break in between
afternoon and early class) in room 111. We'll see how far we get
today, from there maybe set up some subsequent meeting thereafter.

Ruth - thank you for sharing your whole schedule! We'll make sure we
work around that as well. After tonight we'll see how things go -
might all find it helpful to give our schedules.

I'll bring a couple CD/DVDs to load some of the stuff on and bring any
flash/external drive you have. I think it will take 2 gigs.
