Is anyway familiar with the motech-event-tracking-api module? I'm
concerned since it looks like we've introduced a second pub/sub
mechanism into the platform. I'd really prefer we don't do that unless
there is a good reason. It also looks like this module is currently
only used from within the kookoo ivr module, so if it is limited to that
usage then can we make it internal to that module?

This one is going away as we are doing the call record implementation more like asterisk where at the end of the call KooKoo IVR would publish a CDR using regular event mechanism. We might have to revisit the issue of doing publish subscribe without using queues but right now we don't have a scenario where we need it.
