Yes, the NTP date is set for June 17, 2025. The NTP will be formally issued to all parties by our office administrative staff, likely on Tuesday morning. I’ve attached a preliminary copy here for your reference.

Hi All – Quincy, Terri, the Creative Sports team and I had a chance to connect this morning, wanted to provide a few updates:
- Mike and Creative Sports will provide a final work schedule asap. Actual start date is still TBD for now, but likely mid-to-late next week or possibly 6/23.
- Creative Sports will be able to put up temporary construction fencing to cordon off the basketball court area for the duration of the project.
- They will also remove the basketball rims/nets first thing, which will hopefully dissuade people from using the court.
- Once we have the final work schedule, Terri will email the RAC those updates so the broader community is aware.
@Williams, Quincy please let me know if I left anything out. Thanks again everyone, we’re very excited to get this project going.

The Mosswood Meltdown will only use only part of the Webster Street side of the park (the basketball court side). 95% of the concert will be on the Meadow Broadway side of the park.

There was a meeting today that included me, Fred Kelley, Evan, the Creative Sports Concept team, and the OPW Construction Management team. We had to discuss the following actions so that repaving Mosswood could proceed. Wei/Amber will respond with what is required on the city side (Purchase Order, payment, and other items). I have looped in Mo for a response, on his end. Once we receive a Notice to Proceed from Wei/Amber, repaving can begin. Evan and Mike will communicate with you to ensure that events scheduled for the site or courts aren't interrupted. Once the process starts (tentatively June 23, hopefully June 16), it will take approximately 4 weeks. It was mentioned that a July 11/Mosswood meltdown is upcoming. More to come.

I was hoping we could schedule a meeting on Mosswood sooner rather than later. This repaving project has been at least 3 years in the making. The Warriors Foundation, along with OPRYD and the community that uses Mosswood are anxious to have this project completed. I could look at schedules for the next 2 weeks and schedule a Teams meeting.

Hi Quincy: let me know if this works. After quick discussions this morning, here’s where OPW is ready to land on this project. Amber from Paul’s team will lend some CM support to the project given she’s providing CM on the Mosswood project. Craig will lend what he can in terms of his team’s support, but given Hank’s departure, that probably won’t be much. (In normal circumstances, Hank would have been the go-between in implementing a gift-in-place donation via ballcourt resurfacing.) For future gift-in-place donations related to construction, I’d suggest an early heads up by email to Craig and Paul, with copies to me and Richard, and then we’ll get back to you with a proposed solution. If we can’t figure out a solution, then we’ll escalate it up to Josh and Fred and figure it out from there. Hope this helps and if it’s still worth a convo, let us know. Thanks! Liam

Based on our conversation on Monday, I am concerned that if projects benefiting OPRYD (gift-in-place donations) require BDC personnel to be involved and paid for services, this may negatively impact how we receive and implement improvements.

I wanted to flag that the work schedule provided in the packaged agreement is slightly out of date. I’d like to propose the below revised schedule, but of course we understand this is fluid and dependent on approvals and other factors.
Task Completion Date
Repair cracks on court surface June 30, 2025
Recoat and paint playing area July 7, 2025
Repaint playing lines July 14, 2025
Replace bench seating July 21, 2025
Replace basketball rims and nets July 21, 2025
I also wanted to clarify that we did not include a line item for project management in the budget; what we submitted includes the cost of all labor by and materials from our contractor.
Please let me know any questions, and we look forward to scheduling the kickoff call with all needed parties.

- Are there any constraints associated with this contract, such as funding deadlines or specific requirements tied to the funding? Not that I am aware of, beyond the logo inclusion on the approved court design.
- Is the vendor (Creative Sports) responsible for preparing shop drawing submittals (design) and completing the construction accordingly? Warriors are leading the design aspect, Creative Sports will complete the construction.
