Last chance:
Visit the exhibition Love Shit until 25 May
The final ten days of the solo exhibition by Verena Blok have begun. The exhibition Love Shit delves into the complexities of womanhood and reproductive justice through a deeply personal yet politically charged lens. Emerging from the artist’s dual experience of her work at a Dutch abortion clinic and her own pregnancy, the project weaves together portrait photographs, close-ups, abstract imagery, scenes of children at play, and fragments of diaries, notes and observations.
“Through her exhibition, Blok aims to show motherhood in all its messy, ambivalent, sometimes contradictory and uncomfortable forms.” - NRC

From a deeply personal perspective, Vermeeren sheds light on living with an invisible disability. In conversations about diversity and inclusion within society, the position of people with hidden mental and/or physical disabilities often remains underexposed.
⭢ You Don't Look Sick is on view until 25 May.
