We’re thrilled to announce the first books in our Spring 2026 season. Our January and February titles include landmark collections of artists’ writings, a poignant debut photography book, and fresh titles in our architecture series. We hope you enjoy them. Ahndraya Parlato Interspersing images with letters written by the photographer to a perhaps illusory recipient, this artist’s book meditates on gendered experiences of aging, motherhood, visibility, and mortality in Ahndraya Parlato's distinctive visual language. Miranda Barnes This immersive debut book by Brooklyn-based photographer Miranda Barnes presents a sensitive study of Black cotillions through a series of photographs taken at debutante balls in Detroit. Germaine Krull A collection of writings by avant-garde photographer Germaine Krull, many of them previously unpublished, offers an absorbing account from the front lines of artistic innovation in the twentieth century. Larry Sultan This volume draws on never-before-published writings by Larry Sultan alongside unseen materials and ephemera from Sultan’s archive, providing an extraordinary view into the photographer’s creative process. Andrea Bagnato Architect Andrea Bagnato’s gripping narrative study charts the ways disease has shaped urban planning in Italy, from unification to the aftershocks of Covid-19. Kwan Queenie Li This essay in image and text looks at cities around the world from the perspective of the weeds that inhabit their cracks, corners, and facades, defying borders and classifications. Guido Guidi The second in a trilogy engaging with Guido Guidi’s early black-and-white photography, this book brings a dynamic approach to the archive that offers luminous insight into the development of his practice. Alejandro G. Iñárritu Marking the twenty-fifth anniversary of Iñárritu's debut feature Amores Perros (2000), this publication includes on-set photography and behind-the-scenes material, as well as texts by Iñárritu himself, Denis Villeneuve, Wendy Guerra, Elvis Mitchell, and others. Caruso St John The third volume in Caruso St John’s celebrated retrospective series covers recent projects through themes including Colour and Memory, illustrated with extensive project presentations and references. Alessio Bolzoni & Luca Guadagnino An elegant volume of unseen and iconic photographs and texts by Luigi Ghirri, artfully curated by director Luca Guadagnino and artist Alessio Bolzoni on the occasion of their co-curated exhibition opening at Thomas Dane Gallery, London, on 23 January. |
