Getting together from Paris to New York
This month, we’re looking back on a luminous evening celebrating Au Banquet de la Nature with Pierre Gagnaire, Maylis de Kerangal and Laurent de Wilde, and we’re heading to the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris on February 26 for Le Verre, au-delà de la matière.
And in New York City, No Ads Please makes its U.S. debut with Rémi Babinet on February 24–25 at Atelier Jolie and Villa Albertine — while the press keeps the momentum going, from Télématin to Le Figaro.

A look back at an exceptional evening

Last Friday, we had the pleasure of celebrating the release of Au Banquet de la Nature during an evening event at the Grand Hôtel du Palais Royal, which welcomed us into its beautiful dining room.
With Pierre Gagnaire, Maylis de Kerangal, and Laurent de Wilde in attendance, the conversation took the form of a genuine feast of ideas: the music of culinary words, the poetry of menus, improvisation, eating sound, and the sensory jolt that the book explores with rare freedom.
The gathering continued in a warm atmosphere, with discussions, book signings, Perrier-Jouët champagne, and a few delicacies prepared with care by the hotel chef.
It was a bright, lively, and generous evening, just like the book itself.
Thank you all for being there.
