Well if ever there was a day to NOT cancel a ride, yesterday was it. One brief shower passing over us while the rain was busy doing its thing ahead of us, behind and beside!!
It was the best ride ever in terms of even pace, sticking together and all round great bunch riding.
The strategy of pushing thru to lunch with just 2 short breaks was a winner. Took the pressure right off the lunch and arvo T stops and getting into Canberra by 4:30 was brilliant.
Well done to everyone, it was great to ride with you all again. See you next time.
