OK folks, after sitting on the sidelines waiting for a few things like weather probabilities to look promising, I'm IN! I'll be flying down on Thursday, getting a train from Sydney to W'gong arriving late arvo. Should be able to lean on my son to pick me up from the station. Mr Bowden has kindly offered a bed at his abode. I need to make this trip a quick turnaround so I'm flying out of Canberra at 8:40pm Friday night.
To make this work......
1. At some stage on Thursday evening I'll need to get my bike box over to Dazza's
2. It would be grand if I could have a shower in someone's room at the Tall Trees - so as not to offend my fellow passengers en route to Gold Coast :)
3. Need to have my bike packed up and over to Canberra airport by 7:40pm (Virgin reckon they need oversized luggage checked in 1 hour before departure)
