Mosh for Chrome v0.4.5 released, with "native" Windows port

Mosh for Chrome v0.4.5 is released, and has a few new features:

• Optional support for Google Public DNS-over-HTTPS.
  
• Improved terminal preferences editor.
  
• Configurable Mosh escape key (h/t @telotortium).
  
• "Native" Windows port.

The Windows port is an attempt to help Windows users who will be without Chrome Apps in a few months, but do not have many Mosh alternatives. This should be considered "beta". See the full release announcement for more details and downloads.
