In the MOSFIRE home page, section Spectrophotometric calibration with the
Long2Pos Mask, the use of the Long2Pos mask is recommended for spectrophotometric calibration over the full wavelength range accessible in a given MOSFIRE bandpass.
(See www2.keck.hawaii.edu/int/mosfire/long2pos.html)

At the present time, as far as I am aware, the MOSFIRE DRP reduces slitmasks and single longslit data only.

Does anyone have a driver file or other reduction code for handling MOSFIRE spectra taken with the Long2Pos slit ? Even if one could just get a fully
processed, rectified, wavelength calibrated frame from which
the spectra had to be extracted by hand, that would be very useful.

If the Long2Pos slit configuration is not supported by the MOSFIRE DRP,
then I suggest the discussion of it in the MOSFIRE web page should indicate this,
and should not recommend its use at present.
