Error in lisence

I requested a license to use MOSEK solver. I put my academic email address and I received the mat file. I typed the CVX_setup license directory and finally, everything has done correctly.
However, I decided to use the license on another computer. I requested a license by adding HOST and I used the same email address but a different username and host. I received another mat file But it doesn’t work. I restart the MATLAB. But, it still has the problem. Should I order a new license?

Hi,

We don't issue any licenses in mat files so it is not clear what you mean. And our personal licenses do not require hostname. Maybe you mean a license from CVX but then please ask CVX support.

Also note that from CVX 2.2 you can use Mosek in CVX using the ordinary Mosek personal academic license which you can get from https://www.mosek.com/products/academic-licenses/ it is much easier, does not require any hostname and can be used on any computer and also outside CVX.
