I use Academic license and I could not run Mosek in Mathematica.

How do I fix it?

Do not use the token server for a personal academic license.  It looks like you already have the license file in the right place so it should work out of the box.

Thanks ! I have noticed that.
For now, I can run moser on Matlab without any trouble.
However, for Mathematica, It will tell me ""The method \!\(\"MOSEK\"\) cannot be used since a valid license \
could not be found."
I do not know what is wrong !

According to our best knowledge placing the license in $HOME/mosek/mosek.lic should work also from Mathematica but there may be some details we don't know of.

Make sure you are running Mathematica as the same user that runs Matlab, so that the above path is the same.

I see you opened a thread at Wolfram support, I think that's the best way place to start. For future reference here it is https://community.wolfram.com/groups/-/m/t/2464369

There is also an older tread that suggests having the license file in FileNameJoin[{$HomeDirectory,"mosek","mosek.lic"}] should in principle work. Here: https://community.wolfram.com/groups/-/m/t/2364261
