Win 10 Error 1008. [MSK_RES_ERR_MISSING_LICENSE_FILE]

The system is Win 10, I have tried to save the license in systemdrive/user/username/mosek and systemdrive/user/username/8/tools/platform/win64x86/mosek, but the MATLAB 2017a still returns such error:

Error using mosekdiag (line 58)

mosekopt returned an error: 1008. [MSK_RES_ERR_MISSING_LICENSE_FILE]

I would appreciate it very much if someone could help me. Thank you.

If you execute in the console 

mosek -f

it will print out the path where it is expecting the license file to be. By default c:\Users\username\mosek

hello, thanks so much for your help. I have executed mosek -f, it prints out license path C:\Users\username\mosek. I saved the license in the path, but MATLAB 2017b still gets the same error:

Please 1) make sure the file is called mosek.lic and 2) restart matlab.

Hello i get this error on testing mosek using mosekdiag in matlab r 2016a

mosekopt is working correctly.
Warning: MOSEK Fusion is not configured correctly; check that mosek.jar is added to the
javaclasspath.

If you don't want to use fusion then it says all else is OK.
