Greetings and welcome back from the long silence. I am sorry we have not been consistent with plans due to ongoing commitments by excom members and tight schedules. However, we shall endevour to do what we can within the available means and keep MOSA active. As a common cause, I would like to bring the above subject matter to you for consideration and support.
West Nile Education Trust fund is organising a fund raising dinner due 28th June 2019 at Golf Course Hotel, Kampala. So far, the fund has been able to provide full scholarships for 10 students from the initial 4 that we began with. The details of the students are as below;

- Nancy Adoru (Koboko), 5th Year, Medicine & Surgery, Makerere University
- Owocowun Nolex Lawrence (Nebbi, Nyacara Ward), 2nd Year, Medicine & Surgery, Gulu University
- Ayiko Herbert (Maracha, Nyadri), 2nd Year, Medicine & Surgery, Gulu University
- Padria Paul (Arua, Odupi), 1st Year, Medicine & Surgery, Mbarara University
- Onenchan Innocent (Packwach, Panyango), 1st Year, Medicine & Surgery, Makerere University
- Anyama Akomi Jonathan (Adjumani, Town Council), 1st Year, Medicine & Surgery, Makerere University
- Drileba Sunday (Arua, Omugo), 1st Year, Pharmacy, Makerere University
- Vivian Mandera (Adjumani, Town Council), 1st Year, Pharmacy, Mbarara University
- Munguleni Jonathan (Yumbe, Odravu), 1st Year, Engineering, Makerere University
The fund is targetting to support 350 students spread across secondary, University,
Technical and Tertiary Institutions, with an estimated cost of UGX 4.7
Billion. These funds will be raised through generous support of individuals, companies and well wishers. Please join this cause and be counted to have contributed to the development of this technical resource base for Westnile Region and indeed Uganda as a whole.
For
sustained impact and continued support to even more needy students, we
are inviting you once again to generously contribute to support this
initiative.
For
