How may threads is required to run a mosaik aligner ?

Hi

I would like to align exome dataset (PE reads,30 gb x 2) against hg38.fa . We have a server with 1 TB RAM, 4 processors with 128 threads. I tried from 10 to 100 threads (-p) still it showing me the segmentation fault.

How much threads or RAM is required for mosaik alignment process ?
