Query using Mosaics

   Greetings.

     I have two  two types of binding regions say A n B in mcf7 cell line
              A type binding regions in mcf7=5000
              B type binding regions in mcf7=10000

        

 

             500 binding regions overlap, so now you let me know: 

 

         1- What's the significance of this overlap, or it is just by chance?

          2.  - What methods you would use and how?

     Can mosaic help me in solving this problem ?
