M, GC and N files for 70 bp fragment size

Hi,

I was wondering if you could please share M, GC and N files for binSize= 70 bp (and/or 69bp?), fragment size = 70bp and read length (single end read) = 70 bp, all for HG19

Also, should  we make binSize = 69 so that every read goes exactly into 2 bins? This is actually a general question for all cases with bin = fragment, is it better to make bin = fragment -1?
