Further to my discussion with you on subject matter this morning find below details of the estimated budget for prosecution of the forthcoming election;
1) Printing of Ballot Papers(6,000 papers- 10 positions*600 expected voters)=N30,000.00
2) 12 Transparent Ballot Boxes@N2,000.00 each=N24,000.00
3) Hotel Expenses for the 7 MOSAEC members @N10,000.00 each=N70,000.00
4) Refreshment for MOSAEC members @N1,000.00 per member=N7,000.00
5) Miscellaneous expenses(Photocopies, etc)=N20,000.00
Total N151,000.00(One hundred and fifty one thousand naira only)
Kindly give the necessary approval and disburse accordingly.

I have gone through this request and we are in support.
However, we seem to have minor challenges with nos 3 and 4 because MOSA does not pay accommodation fees for its Exco or any Exmay that is on committee assignment.
We take it that irrespective of the committee's assignment, Exmays would still ordinarily lodge themselves in hotels during our anniversaries.
What is your thought on this sir?

I think the hotel bill; should be stepped down as we usually don't pay for hotel accommodation for any standing committees and this should not be exceptional.
Am okay with others aside this above stated concern.

Having agreed not to pay for accommodation for member so of the electoral committee, kindly approve that we pay them N74k representing items 1,2 and 5 below.
Kemi will provide feeding for them on Sunday since they will not be able to leave their duty post to get a meal for themselves.
