Good morning all Exco.

Now, this is what I call accountability and transparency.

Need I say more on why some of us believe in this person?

Thanks Kemi, kindly update us as more expenses are incured. It may also appear that you are yet to start making purchases for our nite out. Is that the case?

With your openness, we are certain that MOSA shall Excel in your care.

Thank you all and see you on Friday.

Thank you Pressy. I appreciate your kind words. lol

I’ve actually almost concluded purchases for the Night Out. I have a few more drinks (mostly beer and soft drinks) to buy and conclude payment on catering. You can find the Analysis under 'Night Party Expenses’ Sheet.
Once I receive more inflows from Anniversary Class sets and perhaps more pledges I’ll be able to fund those remaining items.

I’ll be in Ikenne on Wednesday to;
1. Take delivery of the Guinness Drinks from the dealer.
2. Sort out electrification of where the caterer is going to do the cooking.
3. Arrange for snacks for Friday’s football match and meet with the Lady to supply me soft drinks, water, ice and servers.
4. Meet with the guys handling the rentals and sort out Generator for Friday…we originally agreed for the generating set to be on ground from Saturday but the caterers will be working from Friday so they’ll need it on ground from Friday.
5. See what has been done wrt electrification of Citizens field.
Should there be anything else you need me to handle while I’m there please let me know today. I’ve asked Charles Beecroft to accompany me.

Which reminds me, we still have a balance of N22,100 on the social account maintained during Ex-Pressy Adeniji’s birthday. Do I add this balance to the current 'Night Out’ account?

Thanks for a job well done Kemi, this is indeed excellent. Pls let us know wherever we can be of assistance.

Yet another show of extreme accountability. I am sure we have all forgotten about the social account and the balance in it, but because of the spirit of truthfulness in her, she has reminded us again. In this same Exco, we have had a member who had collected the association’s funds at very many occasions, without a single account provided on how these funds were used.

The same member went to represent the Exco in the 60th anniversary committee, drawing up a budget of N8.9million to execute the anniversary programs (out of which N3.5million was to be used for catering which she was to handle), yet when we intervened and took over the execution of the expenses of the 60th anniversary ourselves, we spent less than N4million, with just N1.55million used to cater for over 2,000 Exmays that visited during the week-long event. Where would all the paddings have gone? Your guess is as good as mine.

And they are still asking me why I have maintained my position.

Anyway, kemi pls leave the social account out of the Night out. Remember that we have agreed that excess funds from the Night out must be paid into MOSA’s account, while the Social Account is private to the Exco.

Thanks once again for your openness, God will surely reward you.

Kemi
You have always been wonderful when It comes to financial accountability, more reason I stick with u For Mosa leadership come end of this month. The Lord is your strength maintaining this.
1) electrification of citizen, waiting for the stage to be completed before this is been done. (Lukman Banire)
2) generator, as you have said it will be your n ground from Friday. The rentals guy will be supplying fuel for Saturday ( been able to push for that ), so need to arrange for fuel on Friday and Sunday. WALE promised us some fuel, is this still in line?
3) of need olokodana to be able n ground for the sitting arrangements( Friday tru sunday)
4) Received Bros Ade Atiku with tha tailor at the moment.
5) I suggest we set aside 5-10k for the guy That will be in charge/operating the gen set
If need be. We all know how Nepa operates.
Also ice block booking is key as there are lots of party in town this week end

Thanks Akin.

However, it is looking like we will only make do with the DJ. Lukman has been unable to firm up with the Artists because they are always busy on Saturday (remember that we had them with us during the bonfire which was a Friday last year). Pls go ahead with the electrification, there may not be a need for the stage.

Wale has already given the 150litres to MOSA, Kemi knows where the diesel is.
