Good morning dear Exco members,

 

Pls find attached the report submitted by the MMA committee members.

 

After their review, 7 nominees have scored 18 while one scored 7.

 

Soweto has confirmed that Mrs. Ogutuga Oluseun will be attending the event, so we are constrained to give the awards to all 7 of them.

 

I will be announcing this to all Exmays shortly.

 

Pls, this document is an Exco document and on no account should it be sent outside the Exco as some of us are now a post-office to all Exmays.

Also, I support the recommendation that all Exco should receive a certificate of Service to mayflower when the exco is to be dissolved.

 

However, in reference to the clause “especially those that have served very well”, I leave us all to our conscience and the punishment of GOD for those that deceived us and made secret financial gains during the period of service.
