Pls deduct the outstanding credit from the social acct (Afeniji's birthday), as the new Exco may not wish to retain the use of such an account going forward.

Social Account was raised through friends of Mosa and not from the association’s purse.
So I’m deducting the 22k from the night-out balance due and not from 61st anniversary expenses.

Following further consideration, Kemi pls deduct the social balance from the night out and send the new position so I can close out now.

Dear President Exmay Abiodun Sonibare, kindly approve that we issue a cheque for an amount of N106,650.00 from the account of MOSA in favour of Exmay Kemi Oyefeso.

This will close out the AGM expenses and should be the last cheque to be issued by the previous Exco from the account.

The previous signatories are available to execute the change of signature forms immediatrly, kindly direct the new Treasurer to get the forms from Union Bank asap.
