Good morning Mr.  President and happy new year to you.

Recall we started the TSH project in August 2016 on an emergency basis with funds disbursements to my personal account to accelerate pace of project while the project is being sorted out. We requested for and MOSA transferred N1.5million into the account in December 2016 but we don't have cheque book yet to withdraw money from the account.

In view of this, we request for N2million to be paid into my UBA account 1000676491 to enable us recover from the current slow pace of work onsite due to cash. I am happy to inform you that members of the committee have spent over N1million if their personal monies to keep things moving.

Will appreciate if funds can be transferred today.
