Version 0.9 of mOS Released

Hello Everyone,

this afternoon we pushed out the v0.9 release of mOS to github
(https://github.com/intel/mOS/wiki). Have a look at the v0.9 README
(https://github.com/intel/mOS/wiki/mOS-for-HPC-v0.9-Readme) to get an
overview of what has changed. More details are in the git log.

Usage is as before, but some of the yod options have changed. The
main differences to v0.8 are under the hood. We almost completely
rewrote the LWK memory management system and made several important
enhancements to the scheduler and CPU management code as well. Some of
it is still experimental and may change in the future.

Feedback via the mailing list (mos-...@googlegroups.com) would be
greatly appreciated. If you try out the code, drop us a note. We'd
love to hear about your experience and help if we can.
