The Pile — a private on-device document vault. OCR, search, and
encryption all run on the phone; nothing leaves the device (Drive
backup is encrypted too).

Boring Shows — a simple event booking and ticketing platform. Browse events,
book tickets, and get a secure QR ticket on your phone. The suite also includes
an Event Manager app (create and manage events, teams, and payouts) and a
Checker app (scan and verify tickets at the entry gate). Everything works
smoothly and is ready to test.

Thanks KF — testing Boring Shows back now: joined boringshows-testers
and opted in to the Checker and Main app from
vyakunin...@gmail.com (Manager is still showing "not available" —
likely propagation lag after joining the group, retrying). Installing
next and I'll send proof — keeping them the full 14 days. Thanks for
