1. Login with your Username and Password**
2.Hoover the mouse over the Life Support Tab, go to Business Tools tab, you
will see Pending Business come up in the additional small window, click it
3.Click either GA (General Agent) or WA (Writing Agent)
4.Type in your 4 Digit Agent Code, click GO.
5. It will go to the "Type of Report" page, Click Full Report (at the
bottom)
You will see your Pending Business Appear. It will look something like the
image below:
** To set up Username and Password, on the left hand side, there is a Login
column. Click Request Initial Login

Search SmartForms
You will be able to see what OUTSTANDING REQUIRMENTS you may have and what
RECEIVED REQUIREMENTS our Blue Team has received. You can communicate with
your Underwriters by clicking their email address at the bottom of the
pending business report.
If you have MISSING forms, you can Search for the Form # by clicking the
Search SmartForms link at the bottom, left hand corner of the report. This
is fast and easy. You can search for the Missing Form #, download the form,
fill it out, print it, and fax or email it to your Underwriter!
You can also check the status of the Expediter. It looks like this:
Expediter Available - last expediter sent 3/18/2008. It is located at the
top of each report, right below where it lists your name. You can click the
link and get all of the information.
As you can see, checking your pending business report is a great way to stay
on top of your business. It will get issued faster which in turn will get
you paid faster!
