webm is not provided or supported by videoscribe. If the problem is with webm, then it has nothing to do with videoscribe, and it may be difficult to find a solution on videoscribe's forum. You may want to contact the makers or distributors of webm or whatever conversion software you used.
Can you do a monthly community contest to feature what VideoScribe users are doing? You could set a theme of the scribe - marketing, how to, scenario, invitation, introduction, change management, specific business types, color theme, a specific VideoScribe feature or image, etc, then feature the winner (and winner gets a free SVG download as the prize). Then provide that scribe as a template for all users.
The templates are great, however I have little use for the holiday themes. Professional or business themes are much more useful-- (at least to me!) Some ideas- teaching/education, aviation, healthcare, nursing, physician, crime/law enforcement, legal/courts/ construction projects, security, safety, military, globalism, customer service, employee engagement, communication, emotional intelligence, managing change, training and development, government regulation and compliance, Innovation, active listening, diversity in the workplace, conflict, harassment, and solving problems in groups.
The holiday templates we've designed have been quite popular so far, but we understand the need for a balance in our library. Expect lots of new general themes and templates over the course of the year.
Large corporations, governmental organizations, and such can afford to hire ad agencies to create their advertising - which may include Whiteboard Animation Videos. Those large organizations with advertising and marketing budgets are handled by Sparkol and VideoScribe because small businesses, entrepreneurs, and freelancers really can't compete with you or with large advertising and marketing firms.
This brings us to "we, the little people". I've been a professional real estate agent for over 25 years but want to create and grow a "side-hustle" of making VideoScribe explainer videos, business promotional videos, and motivational videos - and sell them for several hundred $USD to the massive and growing market of "gig-jobs", online entrepreneurs, side-hustlers, as well to small business owners.
Having several templates to choose from that promote "MY" VideoScribing skills and services would help me get the word out and capture market share in the micro-business environment. Sure, I could make my own templates, but then I wouldn't have a different, more experienced, more attractive set(s) of eyes on my work increasing my chances of successfully hitting the mark.
Barry said that Sparkol and VideoScribe wouldn't want to do that because you would be creating your competition. I disagree. The people I'm after - and I believe others are after - are the microscopic businesses as I described above. Those people can't - or won't - afford to pay anyone serious money do create VideoScribe videos. (I was quoted "$5,000 and up" a few years ago by an ad agency here in town.)
And, it is my belief that after I've created a few VideoScribes for my customers and they've paid me hundreds of dollars for them, they will absolutely be looking for ways to cut me out - and get their own account directly with Sparkol and VideoScribe. And I would welcome that and encourage that because I would receive a stipend through your Affiliate Marketing program.
So wrapping this up, the templates I would like to see are similar to what Cole Morris said above. However, if I could cut, alter, paste, my customization into the VideoScribe to different industries, I could cover a lot more territory.

Hi, My Mac crashed sometime back and I have been trying to recover some of my previous projects done on Video scribe. (I had to format the Mac) None of the projects were save online and I don't have any saved offline. Can I be able to retrieve the videos?
1) maybe you had more than one free trial account or pro account and you reactivated an account that only had one scribe saved in the cloud.
2) maybe you are confusing the cloud with locally saved scribes. scribes are saved locally in videoscribe by default. Saving locally means that if you save a scribe on one computer, you will not be able to find it or open it on another computer. You can only open it from the same computer you used to save it. (also if the hard drive is erased, the scribe will be erased.)
If the scribes are saved locally and changed my computer but have everything backed up in Time Machine, are they going to be erased anyway? I think that's the problem, maybe they were lost somewhere in between.
I have listed the contents of the folder you mentioned above (\Macintosh HD\Users\[your username]\Library\Application Support\VideoScribeDesktop\Local Store) and there is no .scribe file. The only reference I've found to my projects is in the file videoScribeProjects.xml. I can see the title, but then I can't find the .scribe file.
Hey Videoscribe, you must put scribe files in a local location so we can use time machine to recover. You have to do it. It's the way virtually all other software file-saving systems work. It not only allows people to recover lost work, but you can recover lost work at different times--in essence a save history. You must have your internal reasons to do it the way you do it, but it's clearly for reasons that are more relevant to your convenience rather than your user's.
I lost my all day unsaved work :( But thanks for @Mike Metcalf, I found library/app support/ videoscribedesktop / local store / documents the backup.scribe!!! :) I imported it to the videoscribe, and everything is back. Big thank you!
Sparkol Videoscribe based learning media is an intermediary in the learning process created by using the sparkol videoscribe application to convey learning materials to students in order to achieve a learning goal. This research aims to develop a sparkol videoscribe based learning media and determine the level of validity. The method used is research and development adapted from the development model according to Thiagarajan which consists of 3 stages: (1) Define; (2) Design; And (3) Development. The research instruments used in this study are interviews and validation sheets. The results of this study showed that the validity rate of sparkol videoscribe based on learning media the theme of the green growth oriented to science literacy, was obtained with an average score of 79.91% with a valid category. Based on the results of expert validation of the development of sparkol videoscribe based on learning media the theme of the green growth oriented to science literacy is valid for use in the learning process.
