What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Visit an "Add" action URL without a "type" parameter.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Fatal error: Call to undefined method LithoModelPage::getDefaultChildType()
in /mortar/system/classes/RequestWrapper.class.php on line 220

This ought to be defined, or a better (i.e. functional) failure-state
handling approach chosen for this situation.
