I've updated the specification for the backend administrative
interface, listed here on the Mortar wiki: http://code.google.com/p/mortar/wiki/specAdminInterface
It now contains a full (but speculative and in need of further
revision) roadmap for administrative actions that are required in
order to complete the backend interface for Mortar.
Please edit or comment in order to help refine this into a more
complete form.
