Can anyone suggest coding selections for

 ICD-10

 Fetus and newborn affected by other and unspecified morphological and functional abnormalities of placenta

 ICD-11   -  no matching term in ICD-11 Coding Tool

 P02.2 Maps to KA02.Z Fetus or newborn affected by unspecified complication of placenta

 but like in ICD-10 it lacks specificity for a term we see in use.
