Thanks for the response. I was also assuming a typo but coding these can be quite difficult and I might miss a subtype etc but I think we agree the final code. Thanks John

Hello,

 

Then trisomy 29 is misspelt and you're assuming they meant trisomy 3q29, right?

Because trisomy 29 is not synonymous with trisomy 3q29.
